How To Register a Voter

Legally anyone can register voters using the Missouri Postcard Application. No training is necessary for this task.

 

Voter registration applications can be requested from the Missouri Secretary of State’s office, 600 West Main Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, 65101, (573) 751-4936, info@sos.mo.govYou may also pick up a limited supply of Missouri Voter Postcard Applications from our office at 4407 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. They must be mailed or dropped off at KCEB as soon as possible after completion.

Deputy Registrar Training 

NOTE: DEPUTY REGISTRAR TRAINING IS NOT NECESSARY TO REGISTER VOTERS. PLEASE SEE ABOVE SECTION. 

KCEB offers Deputy Registrar training for registered voters in KCMO (within Jackson County) who are affiliated with permanent registration sites, KCMO schools and libraries, tax-supported public agencies, and non-partisan non-profit or not-for profit organizations within KCEB's jursidiction . This training IS NOT NECESSARY to register voters. Anyone may register their fellow Missourians to vote using the State Registration postcard application without prior training.
